HRS traces its operating base to Aircon India South in 1999, with Hitech Refrigeration Services Pvt. Ltd. incorporated in 2008. Today it runs commercial and industrial HVAC, refrigeration, transport refrigeration, precision cooling, and bus AC engineering work for homes, hospitals, banks, data centres, and transport fleets.
Three divisions: Projects, Service, and Bus & Reefer. One mandate: reliability measured in uptime, not promises.

Our Story
From a dealership network
to an engineering company
1999
Aircon India South
Started by P.V. Alex as Aircon India South, a comfort AC dealership and service base that helped build one of Kerala's early professional A/C distribution operations.
2008
Hitech Refrigeration Services Pvt. Ltd.
The service arm branches out and is incorporated as Hitech Refrigeration Services Pvt. Ltd. Engineering-first mandate set: move beyond sales to full-spectrum HVAC and refrigeration services.
Today
Kerala's HVAC backbone
65+ staff members. 80+ technicians. 5 offices. 3 divisions. Banks, hospitals, hotels, QSR chains, cold-chain and government operators from home sites to multi-location portfolios.
