Hitech Refrigeration Services (HRS) combines equipment supply, engineered project delivery, authorised service and cold-chain support across homes, hospitals, banks, hotels, data centres and transport fleets. The result is a single partner for comfort cooling, critical cooling and mobile refrigeration.
1999
Started by P.V. Alex as Aircon India South, a comfort AC dealership and service base, building one of Kerala's earliest professional AC distribution operations.
2008
Hitech Refrigeration Services Pvt. Ltd.
Aircon's service arm branches out and is formally incorporated as HRS Pvt. Ltd. The engineering-first mandate is set: move beyond sales into HVAC projects, service operations, cold-chain support, and mobile refrigeration.

We are one of the few HVAC and Refrigeration service providers covering all of Kerala. Apart from our head office and B&R facility in Kochi, we have branch offices in Thiruvananthapuram, Kozhikode, Thiruvalla, Kottarakara and Palakkad with service teams throughout Kerala. This network allows us to provide prompt response and documented escalation anywhere in the state.
While we are renowned for large-scale enterprise, hospital, church and bank installations, we also provide premium residential AC solutions for homes, villas and apartments all across Kerala.
We are authorised sales, service and distribution partners for Daikin, LG, Godrej, Carrier, Toshiba and Midea. Our technical team is also equipped to service and repair other major brands including Voltas, Hitachi, BlueStar, Samsung, O'General and Panasonic.

HRS offers three AMC tiers. Type 1 (Comprehensive) covers all parts including the compressor and is meant for sites where downtime is unacceptable. Type 2 (Standard) covers all routine spares; compressor replacement is charged separately. Type 3 (Labour Only) covers scheduled maintenance visits and breakdown attendance; parts are billed at cost. All tiers include emergency breakdown support and guaranteed response times.
Every space is different. The right tonnage depends on room area, ceiling height, sun exposure, occupancy, and Kerala's specific ambient conditions, not just square footage. Use our quote form to describe your space and our engineering team will recommend the correct capacity and brand for your budget.
Depending on your system's condition, we perform a Dry Service (filter and surface cleaning), Wet Service (pressure-washing of coils), or a Full Disassembly Service (complete dismantling of the indoor unit for deep cleaning, mould removal, and full efficiency restoration). We recommend the appropriate type after assessing the unit.
Yes. We maintain a service history for your site. Before any revisit, our technician reviews the notes from previous visits, so you never have to re-explain a recurring issue or repeat details you've already given. This also means we can spot patterns early, such as a unit that keeps tripping, and address the root cause rather than patching the symptom each time.
Yes. In addition to the manufacturer's product and compressor warranties, HRS provides a 3-month workmanship guarantee on all installation and service work. If any issue arises from our work within that period, we resolve it at no extra cost. Warranty repairs for Carrier and Daikin are handled as authorised service with genuine OEM parts.
