Refund, Return And Exchange Policy

1. No Returns, Exchanges, Or Refunds

Hitech Refrigeration Services Pvt. Ltd. does not accept returns or exchanges and does not issue refunds. This applies to equipment and materials supplied, services and repairs carried out, annual maintenance contracts (AMC), installation and project work, and invoices paid by any method, including online through the customer portal.

Please review your quotation, scope, and equipment selection carefully before you confirm an order or make a payment. Our team will answer any question about scope or specification before you commit.

2. Duplicate Or Mistaken Payments

If you pay the same invoice twice, or pay more than the invoiced amount by mistake, the extra amount is adjusted against your next invoice or returned to you on request. This corrects a payment error and is not a refund of a sale. Email customercare@hitechrefrigeration.services with the invoice number and both payment references.

If a payment fails but money leaves your account, it is usually reversed automatically by your bank or by Razorpay, our payment provider. If it has not come back, send us the payment reference and we will follow it up.

3. Cancellations

You can reschedule a booked visit by calling, messaging, or emailing us before the technician is dispatched. If you cancel an order, a contract, or project work, amounts already paid are not refunded, and work completed, materials committed, and costs incurred up to the cancellation remain payable, as set out in your quotation or contract.

4. Faulty Equipment And Warranty

This policy does not affect warranty claims. If equipment we supplied develops a fault covered by the manufacturer's warranty, the manufacturer repairs or replaces it on its own terms, and we raise and support the claim with the brand on your behalf.
