Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. Where you sign a quotation, work order, AMC agreement, or project contract with us, that document governs the engagement, and these terms apply to anything it does not cover.

2. Services

Hitech Refrigeration Services Pvt. Ltd. (HRS), CIN U29306KL2008PTC023322, provides commercial and industrial HVAC, refrigeration and cold-chain engineering, transport refrigeration, precision cooling, bus air conditioning, and residential air conditioning services. Delivery covers installation and project execution, annual maintenance contracts (AMC), preventive maintenance, breakdown repair, and round-the-clock emergency service operations. HVAC scope includes ducting, ventilation, clean-room HVAC (ISO 14644-1 Class 5-9), thermal and acoustic insulation, retrofitting, chilled-water and refrigerant piping, chiller, AHU and FCU support. Specific terms for each service are agreed upon at the time of engagement.

3. Quotations, Pricing, And Taxes

Quotations are valid for the period stated on them. Every quotation states whether GST is included; where it is not, GST is charged at the applicable rate and shown separately on the invoice.

Pricing is based on the scope and site conditions described in the quotation. If the scope changes, or the site differs materially from what was described, we will send a revised quotation, and we carry out additional work or supply additional materials only after you approve them.

4. Payments

Payment terms, including advances, milestone payments, and due dates, are as set out in your quotation or contract. Invoices can be paid by bank transfer or, where available, online through the customer portal, where payments are processed by Razorpay. Late-payment terms, if any, are stated in the contract.

5. No Returns, Exchanges, Or Refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not issue refunds. A duplicate or mistaken payment is adjusted against your next invoice or returned on request. Details, including cancellations and warranty claims, are in our Refund, Return And Exchange Policy.

6. Warranties

Equipment supplied by us carries the manufacturer's warranty on the manufacturer's terms, and we support warranty claims with the brand on your behalf. Our own workmanship warranty, where one applies, and its period are stated in your quotation or contract.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, lack of the recommended maintenance, electrical supply faults, or repairs and modifications carried out by others.

7. Site Access And Safety

You agree to give our team safe, timely access to the site and equipment, and to the power, water, and permissions the work needs. Delays caused by lack of access may change the schedule, and any resulting cost is agreed with you before it is charged.

8. Limitation Of Liability

To the extent the law allows, HRS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business, or stored goods, arising from the services, unless your contract provides otherwise. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the amount paid for that engagement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

9. Website Use

This website is for information. Technical content is general guidance, not a design or engineering recommendation for your site, and it may be updated without notice. Please do not rely on it in place of a site survey and a written quotation.

10. Governing Law And Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kochi, Kerala have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, subject to any dispute-resolution clause in your contract.

11. Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Changes do not alter a contract you have already signed.
