Eberspaecher Suetrak Renews HRS as Authorised Service Dealer to March 2028

Eberspaecher Suetrak Bus Climate Control Systems India Pvt. Ltd. has renewed Hitech Refrigeration Services Pvt. Ltd. as its Authorised Service Dealer for Kerala. The dealership certificate covers the term from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2028, and was signed by the Director - After Sales and by the Managing Director - India, who also heads the Asia Pacific region.

What the authorisation covers

The authorisation applies to Eberspaecher Suetrak bus air-conditioning systems across Kerala: rooftop unit installation and commissioning, scheduled maintenance, compressor and condenser overhaul, control and sensor diagnostics, and annual maintenance contracts for fleet operators. Work runs out of our Bus and Reefer facility at Kalamassery, which holds the vehicle-level tooling, gauge sets, recovery equipment and spares stock that bus AC work needs.

For an operator, the practical difference between an authorised dealer and a general workshop shows up in three places: parts provenance, warranty handling, and diagnostic reference. Under this authorisation we source genuine Suetrak spares through the manufacturer channel, raise and coordinate warranty claims directly rather than through an intermediary, and work to the manufacturer's own service documentation and fault-code references instead of general-purpose troubleshooting.

Continuity of the relationship

This renewal continues a service relationship recognised earlier when HRS received the Eberspaecher Suetrak Service Excellence Award for the South Region in 2022. Bus air-conditioning is a fleet-availability problem before it is a comfort problem: a rooftop unit down in Kerala's heat and humidity takes a vehicle out of service, so the value of a two-year authorisation is continuity of parts access and escalation for operators planning maintenance budgets across that window.
